Robert Greenberg, of counsel, focuses his practice on real estate and commercial matters in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Florida. With a distinguished trial and appellate career spanning five decades, Robert concentrates on litigation, real estate, corporate and commercial law, and creditors’ rights.

Robert counsels clients across the real estate, staffing, and banking industries on a wide range of issues, including regulatory compliance, code requirements, employment matters, loss prevention, debtor-creditor relations, and lien enforcement.

An accomplished litigator, Robert has been involved in over 500 contested matters in courts across the U.S., including numerous trials and multiple reported appellate decisions. He is also a published author on various legal topics and remains active in bar and civic affairs.

Before entering private practice in 1978, Robert served as Assistant General Counsel for the Washington Metropolitan Police Department and as an adjunct professor in the Center for the Administration of Justice at American University. Earlier in his career he was a legislative assistant to U.S. Representative Jonathan B. Bingham, (D-NY), and an attorney-adviser in the Office of Proceedings at the Interstate Commerce Commission.
