Joan Luria has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants with respect to office, retail and industrial commercial lease transactions in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region and across the United States. Ms. Luria’s landlord clients have included both institutional and privately held entities leasing the full range of asset classes including leases with federal, state and local governments. Her experience has also included successfully representing tenants across a range of industries including, for example, software developers, non-profit entities and companies within the fitness industry. In addition, Ms. Luria routinely handles property management issues, negotiation of lien waivers and commercial paper transactions.
