Lou joined GDL in February 2020 as the Director of Administration. Lou’s experience includes 30 years in the law firm administrator role with international, national and regional law firms. His background in information technology was a natural fit for law firms that rely so much on office automation and creating efficiencies in the office’s operations. Lou obtained the Association of Legal Administrators Certified Legal Manager (CLM) designation in 2001 and focuses his efforts on financial services, information technology, operations, marketing and website development, and the human resource aspects of the firm’s operations.
