Her practice is focused on real estate disputes, contract disputes, defense of consumer protection lawsuits, eviction proceedings, Human Rights claims (e.g., housing discrimination claims) and representation of property management companies, landlords, and developers. She has in-depth knowledge of all phases of the litigation process: fact investigation, development of case strategy, discovery, preparation and filing of dispositive motions, and more.
