Biography:  Born in Albany, New York, Mr. Morse graduated from Cornell University in 1970, received his J.D. degree (with honors) from George Washington University Law School in 1974 and received his Masters of Law in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 1980.

 

Mr. Morse was admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland in 1975 and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

 

Mr. Morse is a Member of the District of Columbia Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association and the American Bar Association, and he is a Member of the ABA and District of Columbia Sections of Taxation and of the ABA Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.

 

Mr. Morse’s practice involves the formation of business entities, including corporations, general and limited partnerships and limited liability companies and partnerships and the planning of business mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations.  In addition, his practice involves estate planning and tax and business planning for commercial and real estate transactions.
