Biography: A native Washingtonian, Mr. Greenstein earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin at Madison in 2000, and a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2005. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2005.
Mr. Greenstein's practice is primarily in the areas of commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing (including office and retail leases, terminations, assignments, renewals and expansions). Mr. Greenstein's practice also includes aspects of real estate financing, acquisition and development.
Mr. Greenstein is a member of Maryland State Bar Association, and its Sections on Business Law and Real Property, Land Use and Zoning. |
