Biography: Born in Washington, D.C., Ms. Goldman is a founding Shareholder of Greenstein DeLorme & Luchs, P.C. Ms. Goldman graduated from American University in 1972, received her Masters in Education degree from the University of Maryland in 1973 and her law degree, with honors, from George Washington University in 1982.
Ms. Goldman was admitted to the Bar of the District of Columbia and the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Maryland in 1982. She is also a licensed title insurance agent in the District of Columbia, the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Ms. Goldman is a Member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and a Member of Commercial Real Estate Women. Ms. Goldman has lectured on the subjects of commercial real estate transactions, development and financing. She is a Member of the Section on Real Estate, Housing and Land Use of the D.C. Bar Association and a Member of the Maryland and American Bar Associations.
Ms. Goldman has considerable experience in representing owners and developers in all aspects of real estate, including residential and commercial real estate developers, office building owners and management companies, and lending institutions. She has special experience in the acquisition and sale of real estate, including unimproved acreage, office buildings, apartment projects, and other commercial properties, and in the development, construction, leasing, management and financing of commercial real estate, as well as the establishment of community associations for residential developments. She has structured and negotiated numerous complex transactions involving the acquisition and development of planned communities by multiple developers. |
