Biography: Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Ms. Baldwin graduated from the University of Michigan in 1994 with a bachelors in history, and received her law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 2000. She left the Office of General Counsel for the George Washington University where she held the position of Attorney Fellow, to join the Firm in 2002.
Ms. Baldwin is admitted to the Bar in California and is a member of the State Bar of California, and is also a member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Ms. Baldwin's primary practice areas include commercial real estate transactions involving office and retail properties, as well as commercial contracts. In addition, her practice involves land use, litigation and higher education law. |
