Trade Organizations— our attorneys serve as general cousel for various Trade Organizations and provide advice and representation involving corporate and taxation matters, governmental regulations, litigation, administrative agency proceedings, contracts, business transactions and personnel decisions.

 

 

Legislative Lobbying -  the firm represents clients, as a registered lobbyist, on District of Columbia legislative matters.  This representation, which relates in significant part to real estate and taxation issues, includes advocacy before both the Executive Branch and the Council of the District of Columbia.

The John A. Wilson Building, home of the offices of the Mayor and Council of the District of Columbia, is located at 14th and E Streets, N.W., Washington, D.C., and named after the late Chairman of the Council.
